Service Advisor

We are a leading dealership for agriculture and construction equipment, including Kubota, and we’re looking for a motivated, dependable Service Advisor to join our growing team in Blairsville, GA! If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

• Greet customers and accurately assess their service and repair needs.
• Create, update, and manage work orders and estimates from intake to completion.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service manager to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Post all labor, parts, and materials to work orders with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain organized service files and department records in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all required documentation is promptly sent to customers.
• Keep your work area and office equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer is preferred—but we’re willing to train the right person!

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Seasonal)
