No two customers—or days—are exactly alike! One minute you might be helping someone ship a package, the next you could be creating a print job, helping with a business project, packaging an important item, or finding the perfect solution to a customer's problem.

You don't need to walk in knowing how to do everything. What matters most is that you're willing to learn, have a great attitude, and genuinely care about helping our customers.

• Helping customers with shipping, packaging, and other business services
• Printing, copying, scanning, faxing, binding, and laminating
• Working with computers, software, and various equipment
• Helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Listening to customers and finding solutions that meet their needs
• Recommending products and services that are helpful to our customers
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and professional
• Working together with the team to keep things running smoothly

• Friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• A quick learner who is willing to learn all areas of the business
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• A good communicator with strong customer service skills

Must be available to work weekends.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Graphic design, printing, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar experience is a big plus!
