Description: Join the Mercy One Genesis family! We are looking to hire a Switchboard Operator!
As a Switchboard Operator at Mercy One Genesis, you will:
- Be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service for all calls processed at the switchboard communication center
- Provide immediate response in the proper manner to all emergency alarms and equipment alerts
- Monitor security areas as needed
- Full Time
- 32 hours/week
- Shifts include every other weekend
- No experience required
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
