This is a full-time remote role for a Controller. The Controller will act in a fractional capacity service firm clients. They will oversee financial operations, manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include budget preparation, cash flow management, managing financial audits, and implementing internal controls. Additionally, the Controller will provide strategic insights to optimize processes and support organizational growth.

• Strong financial management and accounting skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining internal controls, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Advanced knowledge of financial software systems and tools
• Leadership and team management abilities, including experience working in collaborative, remote environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred
• Previous experience in a Controller or senior accounting role, preferably in growth-stage or startup companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
