• Manage and oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve processes.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and filings, maintaining adherence to applicable laws.
• Assist in audits and internal controls related to payroll and financial transactions.

• Proven experience in payroll analysis, accounting, or related financial roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
