We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Compliance Coordinator – Non‑FEOC / IRA to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role supports the Company’s compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Non‑FEOC standards, safe harbor documentation, and internal controls. We welcome candidates from finance, audit, supply chain, or manufacturing backgrounds. While direct IRA experience is a plus, we are open to training a junior to mid‑level candidate with strong documentation skills and a disciplined finance mindset.
This position reports to the Finance Director and collaborates with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, and external consultants to maintain an audit‑ready compliance process.
- Manage the collection and organization of supplier certifications, ownership records, and component data for IRA/Non‑FEOC compliance.
- Maintain audit‑ready compliance trackers, document logs, and expiration lists.
- Coordinate with suppliers and tax advisors to track missing documents and follow up on deadlines.
- Monitor supplier changes (sourcing, materials, cost structure) that may impact compliance status.
- Support internal control processes, including walkthroughs, testing, and evidence retention for purchasing and inventory.
- Maintain finance policies, accounting procedures, and control matrices.
- Assist with documentation requests for auditors, consultants, and management.
- Identify and elevate documentation gaps or process inconsistencies to the Finance Director.
- Serve as the point of contact for suppliers regarding ownership declarations and cost information.
- Reconcile supplier data with BOMs, purchase orders, and ERP records.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure data consistency across departments.
- Prepare internal status reports and compliance summaries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years in accounting, audit, internal control, or manufacturing documentation.
- Technical
Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (trackers, reconciliations) and familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, etc.). - Communication: Professional follow‑up skills with internal teams and external vendors.
- Renewable Energy
Experience:
Experience in renewable energy/BESS; familiarity with 45X, domestic content, or FEOC; bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
- Maintain 100% organized, audit‑ready compliance files.
- Proactively close open items with suppliers and consultants.
- Ensure accurate alignment between compliance trackers and ERP system data.
- Effectively elevate risks and inconsistent information to leadership timely.
