Location:

On‑site - metro Tifton, GA

Compensation: $75K‑$85K base + bonus (quarterly + annual; tied to plant performance)

We're partnering with a PE‑backed, fast‑growing multi‑site manufacturer/wholesaler that's expanding through acquisition and investing in plant operations.

This is a hands‑on plant accounting leadership role with 1‑2 direct reports and close partnership with the Plant GM and a Regional Controller.

• Plant‑level accounting & operational finance support (high volume invoicing/AR, collections follow‑up, customer billing issues)
• Payroll processing/coordination + related compliance items (tax filings, W‑2 support, etc.)
• Cash, deposits, banking activity, reconciliations, and month‑end tie‑outs (AR/AP to GL, bank recs)
• Support inventory‑related activity and general plant admin priorities as needed
• Light HR admin oversight tied to onboarding/benefits coordination (plant‑level)

• Solid accounting foundation with P&L exposure (manufacturing is strongly preferred)
• Comfort in a fully on‑site plant environment (operational, sleeves‑rolled‑up)
• Some supervisory experience (even small‑team leadership counts)
• ERP experience (Sage 100 is a plus, but not required; multi‑ERP exposure is great)
