CES Senior Controlling Expert

– Controlling organization is looking for a new colleague for the CES Senior Controlling Expert position. The role's purpose is to coordinate the financial planning, reporting, and performance management tasks of the Circular Economy Services (CES) segment's subsidiaries. The aim is to provide a uniform, high-quality controlling methodology, support the financial decision-making of the subsidiaries, and contribute to the achievement of the segment's business objectives.
The role provides dotted-line professional leadership at the segment level, directly influencing the P&L and investment decisions of several subsidiaries. Your main tasks include:
- Subsidiary planning & forecasting
- Annual business planning and forecast processes coordination in the CES segment
- Plan consolidation and validation
- Application of driver-based planning logics
- Analysis of plan-fact deviations, initiating actions
- Performance management & reporting
- Continuous monitoring of subsidiary financial and operational performance
- KPI and dashboard system operation and development
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
- Supervision of external financial data provision
- Development of performance improvement proposals
- Professional guidance to subsidiaries (dotted line leadership)
- Coordination of subsidiary controllers
- Standardization of controlling standards and methodologies
- Determination of planning and reporting expectations
- Sharing and implementing best practices
- Business partnering
- Close cooperation with subsidiary CEOs, CFOs, and management
- Preparation of complex financial analyses, models, ad-hoc calculations
- Identification of risks and opportunities
- Process development & digitalization
- Standardization of reporting and analysis processes
- Support of automation and digitalization initiatives
- Ensuring data quality and transparency at the segment level
- Support for regulatory data provision
- Participation in MEKH cost reviews in financial documentation
- Compilation of reports meeting regulatory requirements
- Ensuring financial consistency of cost subsidies
- Preparation of financial background materials for ministry and regulatory meetings
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and projects
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses for management
- Participation in company-wide controlling development projects
- Financial support for strategic, investment, and business development projects
We are looking for you if you have a university-level degree in economics/finance, a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in controlling or finance, strong skills in controlling, FP&A, P&L, and investment evaluation, reliable consolidation and reporting process management, experience in business partnering and performance management, excellent communication skills at a senior level, strong analytical and structured thinking, proactive, independent, and responsible work style, English language skills at an intermediate to advanced level, and IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, Power BI.
