Your opportunity
- Account and product setup and activation on Aladdin platform
- Counter party setup & maintenance within Aladin platform
- Assist with the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of middle office control processes, including helping coordinate street ‑ facing activities
- Carry out assigned middle office control tasks accurately and on time, helping to ensure strong data integrity and reliable operational controls
- Work alongside Operations Leadership to support improvements to processes and the overall operating model, contributing ideas and assisting with execution
- Collaborate with teams such as portfolio management, data operations, technology, compliance, legal, and risk to help develop and maintain clear procedures and documentation
- Support operational projects by helping with tasks such as gathering information, testing new processes or systems, and assisting with implementation activities
- Establish and maintain a management reporting function related to investment operations activities
- Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements, helping the Middle Office Control function prepare for audits and reviews

Must have skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of data quality and operational accuracy
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and middle office processes (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to follow established procedures while identifying areas where controls can be strengthened
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and propose practical solutions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across operations, technology, compliance, and other internal teams
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
