• Support financial operations across Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable or invoicing processes
• Process and monitor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure financial data is recorded correctly in internal systems and aligned with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth financial operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes

• Educational background or interest in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 1+ year experience in AP or related financial role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus
• Fluent or near-native Italian and at least intermediate English
• Located in Hungary or willing to relocate
