Join us and shape the future of business decisions as an HR Controlling Expert. The role aims to play a key role as an expert in the Controlling Data & Analysis GBS organization in operating and developing an efficient human resource planning and reporting system. You actively contribute to the strategic goals of the MOL Group while supporting planning, reporting, controlling, and management accounting processes at a high professional level.
MainResponsibilities
- Managing headcount and personal cost planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for responsible organizations/companies
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual/ad hoc data reports on time and with expected quality
- Preparing calculations for allocations and reserve provisions in accordance with the monthly closing schedule
- Preparing management support reports, calculating efficiency actions, incentive payments for salary development
- Analyzing and explaining the deviations of the planned and actual data of the responsible organizations
- Preparing data and analyses requested by auditors for the factual reporting
- Actively participating in the development of the FTE/PTE system and the standardization and improvement of processes, and taking a coordination role
- Close cooperation with financial, functional, and business partners
- Keeping up to date with business processes, as well as accounting and tax regulations
- Developing and maintaining process regulations
- Minimum BSc degree in economics or technical management (MSc preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling or finance
- Confident knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Up-to-date knowledge of current accounting standards (HAS), IFRS knowledge is an advantage
- Intermediate English language skills, spoken and written
- Knowledge of SAP, Navision (Business Central)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Practical use of BI tools for analysis and planning purposes
