Industrial & Corporate Services and Group Ventures. In this role, you will influence key decisions, support business growth and transformation initiatives, and lead a team that helps shape the future of the Group.

Your Mission As Group Industrial and Corporate Services & Ventures Finance Manager, you will serve as the primary finance partner for the leadership teams of the covered organizations, ensuring strong financial governance, value creation, and high-quality decision support. You will:

• Be a trusted finance advisor
• Act as the key finance business partner for Group Industrial & Corporate Services and Group Ventures leadership teams.
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through proactive financial analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Provide financial insights for business-as-usual operations, growth initiatives, venture projects, and M&A-related activities.
• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across MOL Group.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Lead and inspire a team of finance professionals.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure high-quality support for business decision-making.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development.
• Drive succession planning and professional growth within the team.
• Own planning, forecasting and performance management
• Coordinate and supervise Group-level planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the covered areas.
• Ensure alignment with MOL Group financial steering principles and strategic objectives.
• Continuously improve controlling methodologies, performance management tools, and reporting standards.
• Maintain strong financial discipline across OPEX and CAPEX management activities.
• Drive value creation and business performance
• Identify and coordinate financial efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and oversee benchmark analyses and performance assessments.
• Deliver proactive insights and comprehensive solution alternatives to business challenges.
• Support complex business and transformation projects as a finance representative and project leader.

What You Bring We are looking for a finance leader who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills. Required qualifications University/college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields. 5+ years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial role. Strong experience working in complex, matrix organizations. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. A leadership mindset centered on team development, engagement, and empowerment.

Solid controlling knowledge, including planning, forecasting, and reporting methodologies. Ability to juggle operational discipline with strategic thinking. Fluent English both written and spoken.
