Finance organization is looking for a new colleague for the position of MOL LUB Subsidiary Financial Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the financial and accounting standards, processes of the MOL Hungary subsidiary, their compliance with legal and MOL internal rules.

Your main duties will include:

• Supervision and coordination of the company's accounting, taxation, financial, and controlling activities
• Responsibility for designing, managing, and coordinating the company's reporting system, taking into account the information needs of the MOL Group
• Supervision and planning of the company's projects from a financial perspective
• Participation in the management or decision-making work of the company to prepare decision-making materials based on cost-effectiveness calculations
• Management and evaluation of the business plan
• Supervision and control of services provided by MOL Group members or external providers
• Legal reporting in compliance with national and international laws
• Contact with financial institutions, ministries, authorities, and auditors
• Decision-making within the scope and value limits specified in the delegation letter

We need you if you:

• Have a higher education degree in economics
• Have at least 8-10 years of financial/business experience
• Possess general leadership skills and the necessary perseverance
• Have high-level financial analytical and strategic skills
• Are persistent, have a business mindset, and are customer-oriented
• Have business English skills, both spoken and written
• It is an advantage to be familiar with MOL Group-level processes
