Overview
Bank of America seeks Financial Solutions Advisors to deliver core banking and investment solutions, build client relationships, and guide clients through financial needs. The role includes initial licensing steps, development within the Academy, and progression opportunities through Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II, with potential advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.
Responsibilities- Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within stated time frames.
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial guidance, deliver client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities.
- Interact with banking customers, small business owners, and high-net-worth clients, leveraging Bank of America and Merrill relationships to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to appropriate solutions.
- Develop and grow client relationships within a portfolio, identifying opportunities for responsible growth and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations and complete required background checks.

Aptitude to obtain industry licenses; ability to manage time and capacity; experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying client needs; strong communication and collaboration skills; results-driven mindset with client interests in a fast-paced environment; ability to execute multiple tasks; willingness to learn new technology. - Desired
: FINRA SIE already held;
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience;
Spanish-speaking preferred.

:
Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays; 40 hours per week
This position is open across locations; initial training at a financial center with the possibility of transitioning to a phone-based role before moving to a suitable financial center location within a reasonable commuting distance, subject to applicable law and business needs.
Regulatory and Training Programs- Participation in Bank of America’s Academy, with world-class training and one-on-one coaching.
- Mandatory compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including registration and ongoing background checks; failure to obtain/maintain registration may result in termination.
