- Plan, manage and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
- Manage the audit of public interest entities, reporting accountant for initial public offering exercises, due diligence, valuation and special audit exercises.
- Perform high level review on high-risk company to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
- Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
- Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship.
- Manage individual team portfolio’s financials, including budget, WIP, timely billing and collection and achieve team and division budgets and performance objectives.
- Provide guidance and solutions to clients on a consultancy basis.
- Highlight issues and provide potential solutions as well as presenting reports to clients.
- Attend exit meeting to present audit report, highlighting issues and tax computation to client.
- Motivate and coach team members to help them achieve their full potential. Provide guidance to the staff while carrying out audit jobs.
- Coach, lead, train and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies. Provide timely feedback to reinforce or improve behaviour or performance.
- Promote the firm’s growth and culture internally and externally.
- Provide or seek solutions on the problems raised by team members.
- Monitor and approve staff’s KPI and report to management on monthly basis.
