Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all aspects of financial management and help position the organization for continued growth and innovation. The CFO will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for driving financial decision-making across departments, optimizing asset allocation, leading a high-performing finance team, and shaping long-term financial strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented financial executive with a strong track record of managing complex financial operations and guiding data-driven decision-making. • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams through transparent and inclusive leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business growth objectives, capital structure, and investment decisions
• Executive-level financial leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or related industries
• Strategic thinker with creative insight to drive financial innovation and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
• Strong expertise in asset management, cash flow optimization, tax compliance, and overseeing shared service allocations
• Proven track record in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across complex organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
