Job Description The Senior Leader, FP&A & Risk is responsible for integrating financial planning & analysis, treasury, and enterprise risk management into a unified capability that drives performance, enables faster decision-making, and protects the organization's financial strength. This role operates at an enterprise level—leading planning, liquidity, and risk processes while partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver forward-looking insights, optimize capital allocation, and proactively manage business risks.
The Senior Leader balances strategy and execution—bringing discipline, speed, and clarity to how the business plans, performs, and manages risk.
170-190K annually depending on years of experience.
