Manager of Pricing Excellence and Commercial Analytics

Daniel Defense LLC seeks a Manager of Pricing Excellence and Commercial Analytics to lead pricing strategy and data-driven decision-making for our premium firearms and accessories portfolio. In this role, you will design and refine pricing models, conduct commercial analytics, and partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Product to optimize revenue, margin, and competitiveness. You will own key dashboards and KPIs, support new product introductions, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of pricing strategy across product lines
• Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and performance KPIs
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to optimize margins and revenue
• Conduct commercial analytics on customer, product, and channel performance
• Perform competitive and market pricing analyses for firearms and accessories
• Support new product introductions with price setting and scenario modeling
• Present pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and data quality
• Guide forecasting and profitability analysis for key programs and bids
• Ensure pricing decisions align with compliance, quality, and brand positioning
