Duties
* Plans the appropriate collection planning method and subsequent gathering of semi-complex to complex intelligence data.
* Provides ISR semi-complex to complex capabilities to service, national, and coalition customers within defined areas of responsibility.
* Disseminates semi-complex to complex data from multi-source intelligence sources. Evaluates both classified and unclassified critical and weaknesses.
* Plans and directs semi-complex to complex ISR operations to successfully conduct operations assignments in support of the war-fighter and/or combatant commanders within the assigned areas of responsibility.
* Serves as a functional expert on collection and operations ISR issues. Makes recommendations on operational matters used to initiate management actions to revise policy to commit Agency funds or resources. Requirements Conditions of employment

* All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.

* The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
* An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree is desirable.
* Incumbent may be subject to psychological screening/ polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position.
* Extensive intelligence reporting and product development expertise is highly desired for this position. Qualifications This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. EXPERIENCE

Examples of creditable experience include Knowledge of a wide range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multi[1]source intelligence information systems to report on data in order to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments.
Knowledge of advance data dissemination principles, concepts, and methods to collect and disseminate detailed semi-complex to complex information/situations attained from multiple sources.

Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency. KNOWLEDGE,
