Hair Stylist

Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a talented Hair Stylist to provide exceptional grooming services to guests in our Hospitality & Travel environment. Based in the Personal Care & Service department, you will deliver cuts, color, styling, and treatments while recommending products to enhance guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean, safe salon area, follow health and safety standards, manage appointments, and process payments.

Working within Marriott's people-first culture, you'll collaborate with spa and hotel teams to create a welcoming, inclusive experience and support elevated guest stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments to hotel guests
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand preferences and needs
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Recommend and upsell hair care products and services
• Manage appointments and process payments using POS systems
• Collaborate with spa and hotel teams to enhance guest experiences
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and Marriott grooming standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
