Compensation Structure:

Three clear experience levels with opportunities for advancement
- Junior Technician: $24.50 - $28.60 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
- Senior Technician: $26.40 - $33.85 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
- Master Technician: $29.00 - $39.13 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
Paid, on-the-job training to excel through the levels
Team and individual performance bonuses.
Base pay even when not booked with appointments.
$1,000 - $2,000 in tips that are 100% yours to keep!

Our Schedule

Our salon hours are 10am - 6pm/7pm depending on the day

Responsibilities

Greets customers with a smile and friendly conversation while assisting them
Provides exceptional manicures and pedicures
Educates guests on the membership program, retail products, and rebooking
Helps maintain our professional‑grade cleaning standards
Uses skills and knowledge to contribute to Frenchies' monthly team goals
Brings good vibes to studio staff and clientele

Qualifications

Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist - if you don't have this, check out SBCC in Santa Barbara or Lu Ross in Ventura.
