About the Role:

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stonecrest is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Stonecrest, GA. If you love helping clients look and feel their best in a relaxing, professional spa environment, this is the opportunity for you! We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment.

Hand & Stone provides high quality, result driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, dermalifusion as well as microdermabrasion and chemical peels.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for clients
Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client’s skin care goals Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room at all times
Build lasting client relationships to encourage rebooking and membership enrollment
Collaborate with spa team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

2-3 years of Experience
Valid Georgia Esthetician license required
Must carry liability insurance
Previous experience in a spa and esthetics setting preferred
Strong knowledge of facial techniques, chemical exfoliation, and waxing services
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for skincare and a commitment to client satisfaction
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor
