Provide waxing and skincare services to guests while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest care.

• Assessment & Service: Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, and examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, and appropriateness of scheduled service.

• Consultation & Sales: Determine and advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care, recommend home care regimens, and actively promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.

• Guest Relations: Escort guests to and from treatment rooms; welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

• Service Management: Monitor and stick to the time schedule throughout the day.

• Boundary Management: Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service immediately and informing a supervisor or manager.

• Workstation Prep: Set up workstation and/or treatment room with necessary products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety.

• Sanitation: Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools.

• License Maintenance: Maintain current licensure in the service area.

• Safety & Compliance: Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete required safety training and certifications.

• Physical Requirements: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

• Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal uniform and appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets.

• Communication: Speak using clear and professional language.

• Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to concerns.

• Quality Assurance: Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

• Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

• License/Certification: Valid State Esthetician License.

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
