About the Role
- This role is full-time working 4 days a week with the opportunity in the future for additional work to 5 days a week
- No evenings or weekends work requirements
- Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding days (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, and 48-hours allowed for chart completion
- Autonomous work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
- Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life
- Professional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the field
- Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $94,491 to $111,449 annually with no cap on productivity income
- You will be eligible for a base salary, health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and more
- Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage
- Psychologist with a current Georgia license
- 6 months experience as a psychologist post license
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
