Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team in a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and meet all certification requirements.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress using Net Health (Therapy EMR system).
- Participate in care planning and family conferences as needed.
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (CCC‑SLP) required.
- GA state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in LTC/SNF setting preferred.
- Proficiency with Net Health or similar electronic documentation systems is a plus.
