Job Summary
At Intellistars ABA, we are dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver exceptional services in a natural learning environment – the child's home.
Responsibilities- Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, utilizing evidence-based treatment protocols and techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the guidance of supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and response to interventions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT)
- 0-1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and transfer clients (up to 50 pounds)
- Reliability and flexibility to work varying schedules (including evenings and weekends)
- Competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 (commensurate with experience)
