Competitive Salary ~ NIGHT Shift Charge Nurse, LPN or RN ~ 7pm-7am

• Provide Routine Nursing Care: no inconvenient, bulky medication carts to push; most medications are stored within the resident room in their locked medication cabinet. Assess and complete day to day nursing assessments.
• Clinically Assess Residents: spend time getting to know your residents; with adequate time completing treatment plan based on true knowledge of resident. Record and monitor resident's vital signs; ensure compliance of health and safety regulations.
• Work with Team Members in the Cottage: serve residents alongside of Care Companions (CNAs), ensuring care and assignments completed as well as communicate effectively with families and residents.

• Applicants must be professional and demonstrate comprehensive nursing skills as well as show the character of compassion for resident care.
• Prior Skilled Healthcare experience required.
• Satisfactory completion of background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
