• Verify insurance, collect necessary documentation, and update patient records
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records

What we're looking for:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience with medical office procedures preferred
