Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will meet with new patients, assess their speech needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will document patient care, observe and participate in treatment, and adjust goals and milestones as needed for optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, provides compassionate care, and possesses excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients initially to discuss their speech journey and answer questions
• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans, setting short and long-term goals
• Implement and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain detailed records of patient needs, care, and progress
• Collaborate with patients and their families to ensure they have the knowledge and tools for success

Qualifications:

• Active state license for practicing speech therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in charting and documentation
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
