Location: Sea Island
Community Health Services of Georgia - - Responsibilities:
Assists with development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of life enrichment programs under the Director of Life Enrichment Programs;
Develops and maintains life enrichment calendars reflecting patient needs and activities;
Promotes ongoing delivery of life enrichment programs including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
Assists in development and maintenance of a volunteer program with screening, orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation of volunteers;
Participates in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and resident care conferences as directed
