• Active certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Strong understanding of respiratory care modalities and ventilator management.
• Proficiency in the use of respiratory equipment and monitoring devices.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced or changing clinical settings.
• Previous acute care or hospital experience strongly recommended.

• Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care for patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary diagnoses.
• Administer therapeutic respiratory treatments, including aerosol medication delivery, chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and other life-support equipment.
• Accurately document all therapies, procedures, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies, providing immediate intervention as required.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care strategies, equipment maintenance, and disease management.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
