Certified Medication Technician - PT

Vitality Living Frederica Community is hiring a Medication Technician. The role involves administering medication and other supportive functions while ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping.

• Administer or assist with self‑administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily promptly and following company policy and procedure.
• Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with the completion of medication cart audits.
• Provide direct resident care.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Certification required by state or provincial regulations, if required.
• Meeting state or provincial health related requirements.

• Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses.
• 401(k) plan.

• Part‑time.
• Shift: 6:45 am – 7:15 pm.
• CPR preferred.
