Certified Medication Aide

Position: Certified Medication Aide - FT - Day
Location: Hawkinsville

Community Health Services of Georgia -  - Responsibilities:
Administer physician ordered oral, ophthalmic, topical, otic, nasal, vaginal and rectal medications following established clinical guidelines;
Document medication administration and/or declination in the resident’s record;
Report and document any unusual reaction to medication and provide to resident, family and health care provider;
Provide routine care to the patient including bathing, grooming, dressing as needed;
Report changes to the licensed nurse as needed
