• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience (not required).
• Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi‑trauma, and fractures (preferred).
• Experience with EPIC EMR (preferred).
• First‑time travelers will not be accepted for this role.

  40 hours per week; shift pattern typically 5x8 or 4x10, clinic‑determined consistent day off.
• Patient volume:
  Average 10–15 patients per day; 30‑minute appointment intervals with complex evaluations scheduled for 1 hour.

  New employee orientation plus 5 days departmental orientation.

  None.

  None.
• Holiday expectations:
  None.
• Department staffing: 3 therapists, 1 lead therapist, 1 office coordinator, and 2 rehab aides on site.

  Polos provided (teal and black); slacks and clean shoes preferred.
