Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Acworth, GA and surrounding locations. We provide H1B sponsorship to qualified candidates if needed. FOX Rehabilitation is a multi-state, professional private practice of independent Physical Therapists who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care.

In an autonomous setting, Physical Therapists help older adults become stronger and live longer on their own schedule. Positions are available full-time, part-time, or on a PRN basis with salary and benefits or per-visit rates.

• Provide geriatric house calls to older adults.
• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm.
