Male member needs a dependable caregiver to assist with daily support and safety due to limited walking. Caregiver should be comfortable providing steadying support during mobility, helping reduce fall risk, and assisting with routine activities that may be harder when walking is limited. Ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and able to follow a care plan, provide gentle reminders, and support overall wellness needs.

Member lives with a roommate. The home environment should be approached with respect, clear communication, and professionalism. Member lives in a non-smoking home. No pets in the home.

We prefer a caregiver who lives within 30 minutes of the member’s home.

• Personal Care Assistance: Bathing/showering support, grooming, dressing, toileting assistance as needed, hygiene support, and safe transfers/positioning as needed.
• Mobility & Safety Support: Assistance with limited walking, standby support, fall‑prevention awareness, and help moving safely around the home.
• Meal Support: Meal preparation, light cooking, and cleanup; encourage healthy routines per care plan (no medication names will be discussed).
• Light Housekeeping: Tidying, sweeping/vacuuming, wiping surfaces, dishes, taking out trash, and maintaining a safe, clean living space.
• Errands/Shopping (If Authorized): Grocery shopping and essential errands as needed. Driving may be required if shopping/errands are part of the approved plan.
• Companionship & Support: Friendly companionship, respectful communication, and assistance maintaining daily routines while preserving independence and dignity.
• Home Notes: Smoker in the home (caregiver must be comfortable with this). No pets.
