Medical Records Clerk- Day Shift

Position: Medical Records Clerk-FT Day Shift 8am-4:30pm, $18-$20 per hour

We are currently seeking a Full Time Medical Records Clerk at Women's Probation Detention Center, located in Claxton, GA.Pay Range: $18-$20

The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, initiates records for new or transferred intakes. They review health records for completeness, files records as required, prepares reports as needed and more.

High School diploma/GEDPrior experience with medical records systems and services

Completion of a medical terminology course preferred

Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLSAbility to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
