Location: Bolton
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for Stockbridge, GA, to deliver one-on-one in-home and senior living care through our Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll assess, plan, and administer evidence-based therapy with autonomy over your schedule.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, documenting in FOX’s EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Telehealth options may be incorporated to extend access and continuity of care.
