As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to a bed-bound patient in their home setting. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as managing medical equipment and medications. You will also have the opportunity to build a strong relationship with the patient and their family, providing emotional support and companionship.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a bed-bound patient in their home setting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Caregiver or in a related field
