Location: Blue Ridge
Pruitt Health @ Home is seeking a Home Health Clinical Scheduler to coordinate patient visits from referral through discharge, ensuring timely scheduling and productive field visits. Reporting to the BOM, you will work with Care Management and other peers to maintain accurate visit records and scheduling productivity.
The role requires computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication, flexibility for after-hours scheduling, and familiarity with PHI confidentiality.
