Personal Care Assistant

About the Role:

Home Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Madison, GA. In this rewarding role, you ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily support that allows them to live comfortably and independently  you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you!

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, home health aide, or caregiver preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
