Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Mental Health Clinician II Adult Partial Hospital in Cherry Hill within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.

• Screen intakes and referrals.
• Coordinate care and ensure completion of program‑specific documentation.
• Provide comprehensive assessment and therapeutic intervention for the psychological and social needs of child/adolescent (3‑17 years) and adult (18+ years) individuals.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
• Provide case management.
• Assist with clinical supervision of licensing candidates.
• Support unit and UBHC goals and objectives.
• Maintain and oversee clinical records in compliance with UBHC, The Joint Commission, and other applicable standards.
• Participate in development, implementation, and evaluation of program services.
• Stay current with trends and development in mental health, addictions, or co‑occurring disorders.

• Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline and at least two (2) years post‑Master’s experience delivering psychotherapeutic services to the identified population, or a Doctorate Degree.
• Independent license to practice as required by New Jersey state laws (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, Licensed Psychologist).
• Social Work degree holders must possess an active New Jersey certification/licensure as required by the State Board of Social Work.

Grade 25S – Minimum $71,162 – Mid Range $85,428 – Maximum $101,456.
