Northeast Georgia Health System - - Responsibilities:
Provides clerical support by maintaining patient records, unit supplies, equipment; serves as a communications facilitator for the assigned area;
Performs patient care within the scope of defined practice under direction of licensed staff;
Assists with patient transport, admission/discharge preparation, and room readiness;
Answers patient calls and directs requests to appropriate staff; maintains EMR documentation;
Keeps unit organized and collaborates with nursing and other departments to support patient care
