Position Title:
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
Glenwood Health Care is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors, and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities- Georgia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License
- 3+ years experience
- Overall operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided
- Problem solving ability for concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff
- Solid work history within the healthcare community
- Compliance with all local health regulations, including criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
