School Psychologist | Newborn

• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong assessment, observation, and counseling skills
• Familiarity with intervention strategies, IEP processes, and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Previous school-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred

• Conduct psycho educational assessments to support evaluations for learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective interventions
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines concerning special education
• Maintain thorough documentation and case records in accordance with district and legal policies
