UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver neonatal care, including high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy, in our RNICU. You will manage ventilator protocols and wean patients from mechanical support, collaborating with physicians to optimize care.
Ideal candidates have at least two years of neonatal RT experience, NBRC-credentialed RRT, Alabama licensure eligibility, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit needs.
