Physical Therapist Opportunity
The Staff Pad is proud to partner with Blue Ridge Medical Center in scenic Blue Ridge, GA, to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
You'll also support the advancement of physical therapy through education, mentorship, and collaboration with patients, students, and healthcare professionals.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Days | 8:00am-5:00pm
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations & develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and modify therapy programs to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality & effective care
- Promote physical therapy through mentoring students and healthcare staff
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with standards
- Conduct & participate in community outreach and education initiatives
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Relevant physical therapy experience preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Current Georgia Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Professional with critical thinking, leadership, decision-making skills
- Strong time-management, organizational and communication skills
