School Psychologist - Oxford

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license (State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain)
• Masters or specialist degree in psychology, school psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, assessments, and data-driven interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling for students to support emotional and behavioral growth
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to recommend strategies and interventions for student success
• Assist with crisis intervention and preventive mental health programs
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting positive mental health and inclusive practices
