Physical Therapist Opportunity

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, promoting mobility, function, and overall well-being. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and ensures optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to maintain mobility.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in geriatric and rehabilitative therapy.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques for dementia and skilled nursing populations.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility for travel.
