We are seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to monitor residents' health and support their care needs.
Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with medication administration and maintaining clinical documentation
- Supporting resident care through assessments, personalized service plans, and monthly wellness visits
- Communicating with residents, families, and support services about clinical updates
- Monitoring vital signs and assisting with care as needed
- Reporting changes in medication or service needs to leadership
- Certified Medication Aide or meeting state medication aide requirements
- At least one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing (preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours
This role involves clinical oversight, resident support, and collaboration with team members to ensure high-quality care.
